1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Termination and Suspension

You may close your okbety account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance for twelve (12) consecutive months may be automatically closed.

okbety reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, provision of false information, extended account inactivity, or any conduct that okbety deems harmful to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, okbety may withhold funds pending investigation if we suspect Terms violations or fraudulent activity. If your account is closed due to Terms violations, okbety may forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings at our discretion.
